1. Who is behind this site

DALSAT is the name we trade under. The company is in the process of being incorporated, so there is no registered name, tax number or registered address to publish yet. As soon as registration is complete, those details will appear here.

2. What this site is for

To show what we do and to let you get in touch with us. Browsing it makes you a user and means you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the site.

3. How it may be used

It may be used to find things out and to make contact. It may not be used to:

  • Put unlawful or offensive content, or content that is not yours, into the forms.
  • Try to bring the site down, get around its protections or reach restricted parts of it.
  • Extract its content by automated means in order to reuse or resell it.
  • Impersonate another person or company when writing to us.

4. The demos and the calculator

The agent demonstrations, the audio samples and the savings calculator are there to give you an idea. The figures the calculator returns are an estimate based on what you enter, not a promise of any result. What your business actually saves depends on your case, and that becomes clear in a meeting, not in a form.

5. Services are contracted separately

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. The prices, timelines, scope and terms of each service are agreed in writing in the quote or contract we sign. Where something here and something in that contract conflict, the contract governs.

6. Who owns what is here

The text, the design, the code and the DALSAT name are ours or used with permission. Our clients' logos belong to each of them and appear with their consent. None of it may be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to sites that are not ours, such as WhatsApp or the client panel. We are not responsible for their content or their terms. Once you leave dalsats.com, theirs apply.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and what it says accurate, but there may be outages, maintenance or mistakes. We are not liable for damage caused by an interruption of service or an isolated error in the informational content.

9. Your data

How we handle the data you give us is in the privacy policy, and which cookies we use is in the cookie policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless the law imposes another jurisdiction because a consumer is involved, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
