Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. The binding document is the Spanish version, written under Spanish law; where the two differ, the Spanish text prevails. Read the Spanish original
1. Who processes your data
The controller is the team trading as DALSAT. The company is in the process of being incorporated, so there is no registered name, tax number or registered address to publish yet. As soon as registration is complete, those details will appear here.
For anything to do with your data, including exercising your rights, the channel is dalsat.soluciones@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Only what you give us. Through the contact form: your name or company, email, type of business and the message you write. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the data in that conversation stays with WhatsApp, whose controller is Meta and whose terms you accept by using it.
In addition, if you accept the analytics cookies, we collect browsing data in aggregate and without identifying you. That is set out in the cookie policy.
3. What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare a quote, and to provide the service if you end up hiring us. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to mailing lists unless you ask.
4. On what legal basis
On your consent, given when you send the form or write to us, under Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). If we go on to sign something, the basis becomes performance of the contract, under Article 6(1)(b).
5. How long we keep it
For as long as there is a relationship or a commercial interest. After that, for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
6. Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the providers we need for the site and the email to work. They act as processors under Article 28 GDPR and may only use the data to provide their service to us:
- Vercel Inc., website hosting and visit statistics.
- Formspree Inc., receiving the contact form messages.
- Google Ireland Ltd., email.
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. What you can do
Ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to stop processing it, to restrict its use, or to pass it to someone else. You ask by writing to dalsat.soluciones@gmail.com. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
8. How we protect it
Data travels encrypted and is held in services with restricted access. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures so that it is not lost and does not end up seen by anyone who should not see it.
9. Your customers' data when you are our customer
If you take on an agent, custom software or the panel, your customers' data passing through those tools remains yours. We are the processor and you are the controller. That is governed by the contract we sign, not by this page.
10. Changes
If the law changes or our services change, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
